Had good sleep at the mobile home with a travel cot. Great location, it was close enough to a beautiful beach, of which there are so many in that area and club house. The place had a special atmosphere.

WiFi connection might as well be a myth!!! The sofa bed lacked comfort, turning movie nights into a family squabble!!! It's quite a trek to get into town, so be ready for some walking!!!

Had a great time at The Avenue! Our mobile home was super clean, spacious, and nicely situated for beach trips. Although the WiFi was spotty, the lovely pool and helpful hosts made up for it. Definitely looking forward to returning!

The mobile home was immaculate, with lovely comfy beds and a fantastic indoor pool that the kids loved. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches like Elberry Cove, which quickly became our favorite.
The WiFi connection was poor.

The mobile home was neat and well-maintained throughout our stay.
We struggled with the WiFi connection. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, so my kids preferred the regular bed instead. The location felt a bit far from Paignton, which limited our options for family activities.

Cozy stay with fun amenities!
Absolutely loved our time here! The mobile home was super clean and had all the essentials. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we found a nice outdoor dining area which was great for meals in the sun. Only downside was the parking situation could get a bit tight at peak times.
